Daniel Larios was born in Oakland. He grew up in California, Ohio, Texas and El Salvador, and speaks both English and Spanish. He holds degrees in Film/TV and History from La Sierra University. Daniel lives in Los Angeles.

DE NADA, Daniel's directorial debut which also wrote and produced, premiered at the 14th Annual Boston International Film Festival. Crowdfunded on Indiegogo, the film follows a makeshift family of undocumented young adults living out of an empty church schoolroom.

memorama, Daniel’s second short film, will be out in 2019.

Daniel is currently working on his third short film, and his first short documentary.
